We do NOT ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Currently, we only ship to Australia and The United States. For special orders to Canada and New Zealand, please send us an email first at

Sky & Sol operates their business from 308 Sherwood Terrace, Middletown, Delaware, 19709. We ship all products from the United States.

Estimated shipping times vary by destination, but it usually takes 6-8 business days for delivery. We try our best to provide fast and accurate shipping times for customer satisfaction.

When you place an order, we get an order confirmation message. As soon as we get the order confirmation message, we start processing your order. We usually take 24 hours to process your order. It can take longer if it's a holiday or the weekend.

Once we have done our processing, we hand over that product to the carrier. We use USPS for all orders. Our carrier takes approximately 5 to 8 business days to deliver the order to the address that you have provided on the order page.

Sky & Sol offers standard shipping for all orders.

If you place an order below $47, then the shipping charge will be $4.95.

If you place an order that is equal to $47 or more, then we will proudly offer free shipping to you.

Shipping Status:

Once your order is shipped, you will promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email immediately, there's no need to worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and we are committed to ensuring that your items are delivered within that timeframe.

Order Changes:

If you need to make changes to your order, please reach out to us without delay. Please note that custom and pre-ordered items cannot be exchanged for other designs.

For order cancellations, we provide a 2-hour grace period from the time of purchase. If you request a cancellation after the 2-hour grace period, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled, but we will still try our best to accommodate your request.

Item Not Received:

If you have successfully placed an order but have not received it, even when the tracking status indicates that it has been delivered, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly send us an email at
