Return and Refund Policy

Return:

We offer a 180 days return, that means you can return your product within 180 days from the day you received it. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us.

To start a return you just need to contact us at our customer support support@skyandsol.co. Our customer support will provide you a free return label through email. Put the return label to the box and send it using any carrier that you like.

When we get your return product, we will examine the issue, if appropriate then we will refund your entire order, including shipping price, within 10 business days.

    Which Circumstances We Offer Return & Refund:

    Wrong Product:

    If you discover your order is flawed, please contact us via email at support@skyandsol.co with photos of the wrong product. We will provide a return shipping label. Once it is in transit, we will ship a replacement product immediately.

    Exchange:

    We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same product, please contact us via email at support@skyandsol.co. We will process the free exchange.

    Change of Mind:

    Change of mind is acceptable

    Cancel the Order:

    We usually ship the orders immediately. Therefore, if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will send a request for cancellation to the processing department, but we cannot guarantee that you will be able to cancel the order once you have received the product.

    ** All refunds will be issued after receiving the returned product and inspecting it. It may take up to 4 days to reflect in your checking account. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.

    • Downloadable software products
    • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

    Sale items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Gifts
    We do not currently offer refunds if your item was a free gift.
